If there is one person who has universal respect for his vision and his achievements, its Narayana Murthy; And it is absolutely deplorable how he was treated by Deve Gowda and his cronies regarding the Bangalore Intl Airport which led to his resignation from BIAL's chairmanship. Today's newspapers were full of praises for this visionary. Everybody accepted the fact that what has happened in this case is a major setback to our state's progress, everybody...except Gowda's son who seemed like a blabbering idiot sitting on his papa's lap!!!

I think this incident may have irrevocably dented Murthy's enthusiasm for contributing towards to the state's progress and may prove to be a major deterrent for others like him from coming forward to take up the mantle. So much for the public-private participation.
